| The School Tuckshop and Uniform Shop are both run by the Parents and Friends Auxiliary. All funds raised are used to support School activities. Parents are warmly encouraged to help in any of these areas by serving on a roster. |

**PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE 2008 BGS BLAZER POLICY** - click here BLAZERS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED FOR EMBROIDERY. THE NEXT INTAKE FOR BLAZER EMBROIDERY WILL BE THE LAST DAY OF TERM 2, FRIDAY JUNE 20. NO BLAZERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE. BLAZERS CAN ALSO BE LEFT FOR DRY CLEANING ON THIS DAY. TRACK SUITS ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN ALL SIZES. THESE ARE A COMPULSORY PART OF THE WINTER SCHOOL UNIFORM FOR THOSE BOYS WHO PARTICIPATE IN GPS SPORT. ALL NEW STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE BOTH TRACKSUIT JACKET AND PANTS. |

| How to Pay? Cash, cheques or credit cards (Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa and EFTPOS) are welcome. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Diners and AMEX. Please make cheques payable to: "Brisbane Grammar School P & F Aux" and write a contact number on the back of the cheque. During busy trading periods, we request that you do not ask your son to ring you for credit card details when he is ready to pay for his purchases. Please put your card details on a piece of paper and we will put the order through for him, and then we shred your card details as soon as the transaction is complete. This ensures speedy processing of the large number of customers. |

| General Information Please note that the Uniform Shop is the only place providing the correct uniform. Secondhand clothing is not available with the exception of School Blazers. If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure that the labels are still attached to the item and you have the sales receipt. Volunteers are always welcome so if you would like to be involved, please let us know or contact Helen Kay ( Roster Secretary) on 0403 312 843. |
